The Women in NSW reports have been published annually since 2012. The reports examine gender equity against indicators in five key areas including health and wellbeing, education and learning, work and financial security, leadership, and safety and justice. The Women in NSW reports also explore key trends, track progress in gender equity over time, and provide an overview of how NSW women are faring compared to Australia as a whole.

The latest Women in NSW report, Women in NSW 2015, was released by the Minister for Women, Pru Goward MP, on 24 November 2015.

Women in NSW 2015 takes on a fresh new format and including a shorter annual report, the accompanying NSW Women’s Report Card and supplementary explanatory notes. The report offers a more streamlined analysis of gender data and indicators and features eight priority spotlight topics on key issues for 2015. The Report Card offers readers easy access to summary data on all of the gender indicators in our data set. The supplementary explanatory notes provide detailed information on each indicator, the overarching measure and data sources.
